To borrow a bicycle during your stay, please complete the form below. Once completed, you will receive a code and contact number to unlock your bike.

You must be a registered guest staying at one of our properties.
You must agree to the terms below.

I will use the bicycle responsibly, follow all traffic laws, wear a helmet, and lock the bike when not in use.

I understand bicycling involves risks (including injury, death, and property damage), and I accept full responsibility for participating despite these risks.

I release and hold harmless MudHen Hospitality LLC and its employees from any claims for injury, death, loss, or damage arising from my use of the bicycle, even if caused by negligence.

I agree to be financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycle during my use, and will file a police report if necessary.

I understand that if I allow others to use the bicycle, I am still fully responsible for it.

I agree that MudHen Hospitality LLC may charge my account for any damages upon inspection after the bicycle is returned.
